I gave it two shots and will not be watching anymore. Why does he brag about not being educated. The sterotypes are just too much for my taste.

I think the D.L.’s show was absolutely disgusting! As an African American I am so ashamed that another African American would disparage his culture when so many Blacks have fought and died throughout history to overcome such stereotypes! Calling this comedy is insulting to any decent human being! Categorize this under “Birth of a Nation” and Minstrel Shows!

Shame on you CNN to allow such a program! You have done a great disservice to yourselves and ALL Americans!

I watched the show and wish DL great sucess. It was very brave of CNN to put it out there!.

I found the show to be very informative in a funny way. Many may not have view it that way because it was sooo close to home. Things were said that many are thinking but afraid to say. As we know the truth isn’t funny especially if it mirrors yourself.

To those people who are taking this show on the serious side, lighten up and live a little. ” We’re in crisis!” (LOL) release. relax……..

DL you’re nice on the eyes, you make me smile.

I for one am looking forward to seeing this! I like DL’s style/ type of humor and it’ll be really great to see him do a show where he will be moderating/ interacting with people from different genre’s! I wish him continued success in everything he step up to!

And if your wonderin’ DL is reported to have turned down other offers from MSNBC and Cinemax for other topic news shows. When questioned about why he chose CNN, he said Larry King made a personal phone call to him one evening ask him to opt in with the network.
